This policy explains how Odiapedia (odiapedia.com) handles personal information. We collect as little as we can.

Reading the site

You can read every article without an account. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and reliability. If analytics are enabled, we use them to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate; we do not use them to identify you. Your language preference is stored in your own browser.

Trip requests

If you submit the trip-planning form, we collect the details you enter: your name, contact details, travel dates, group size, budget range, interests and any notes. We use them only to respond to your request.

  • We share your request with a travel partner only if you tick the consent box. Without consent we will only reply to you ourselves.
  • We share only what a partner needs to prepare an itinerary or quote.
  • We keep trip requests for no longer than 12 months unless you become a customer of a partner, in which case the partner's own policy also applies.
  • You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your request.

Emails you send us

When you email us (for example to report an error), we use your message only to respond and to improve the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on article pages.

Your choices and contact
