Yes, no and simple questions

    Does he live in Puri?

    ନା, ସେ କଟକରେ ରହନ୍ତି।

    na, se Cuttackre rahanti.

    No, he lives in Cuttack.

Tip

Asking questions

For a yes/no question, keep the normal word order and add କି at the end: ସେ ପୁରୀରେ ରହନ୍ତି → ସେ ପୁରୀରେ ରହନ୍ତି କି? For other questions, put the question word where the answer would go: ସେ କିଏ? — ସେ ମୋ ମାମୁଁ।
