Calendar & almanac
Odia Panjika
ଓଡ଼ିଆ ପାଞ୍ଜି
The panjika (panji) is the traditional Odia almanac: it lists tithis, nakshatras, auspicious times and festivals for the year. Two traditions are widely used in Odisha.
ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ପଞ୍ଜିକା
Jagannath Panjika
The tradition associated with Puri and coastal Odisha. Day-by-day tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana and festivals for the current month, calculated for Puri.
ବିରଜା ପଞ୍ଜିକା
Biraja Panjika
The tradition associated with Biraja Kshetra in Jajpur. Day-by-day tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana and festivals for the current month, calculated for Jajpur.
Odiapedia is not a publisher of either panjika. For religious observances, follow the printed panjika your family or temple uses.
